FREE Shipping on orders over $25

Flat Rate Shipping of $4.95 for all orders under $25

  • Orders placed by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm EST on weekdays and all orders on weekends will ship out the next business day.
  • We can ship to any address in the USA through FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. 
  • Please allow 1-2 days handling time and 2-5 days shipping, depending on location. 
  • Orders placed over the weekend days will be shipped on Monday. 
  • If you're not willing to pay the $4.95 shipping, you can find our products on Ebay and Amazon with free shipping, however the cost of each product is higher to cover the shipping cost. 


  1. Shipping costs are high. For us to ship any package anywhere in the US costs us an average of $10-12. By charging $4.95 flat rate for shipping orders under $25 is actually splitting the cost with the customer. We are not making a profit on shipping, however we are a business that obviously has to make a profit on each order. Just like everyone else, we have to pay bills, buy food, and support a family. If we consistently lose money on orders, we shut down the business due to lack of operating funds and nobody benefits. 
  2. Most small companies like ours can't compete with large companies such as Amazon Prime for shipping.
  3. If you are concerned about the shipping cost of $4.95, then please consider point #1 above. 
  4. If you still do not want to pay for shipping, then you will need to get you order over $25, which is not hard on our website, considering we offer a wide array of coffee, brewers, grinders, and accessories. 

Returns Policy

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, that is not part of a liquidation sale. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of us receiving your package

All returns must have an RAC (Return Authorization Code), that can only be obtained by contacting our customer service department.  If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if they qualify. 

NOTE: Closeout and liquidation items are Non-Refundable.  All sales on such items, as listed on the sale promotion terms, may not be returned, refunded, or credited.
