What type of coffee do you offer? 

We offer 100% Arabica fresh whole bean coffee that is organic and fair trade.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is roasted from a few different locations in the United States. All are very high quality roasters with several certifications including organic, fair trade, Kosher, Rainforest Alliance, Swiss Water Process, and many others.  

Do you offer blends of coffee?

Yes, we have some very unique blends as well as single origin coffees available.

I see the flavor notes. Do you add flavors to your coffee?

No, all of our coffees are only 100% FTO Arabica Coffee. These are natural flavors, no flavors or sugar added.  Descriptive terms are simply subtle undertones in the coffee itself. 

Are you coffees Fair Trade Organic (FTO)

Yes, all of our coffees are certified FTO and Rainforest Alliance Certified as well. In addition, we use Swiss Water Process for our decaffeinated blends.

Do you sell ground coffee?

We do not sell ground coffee. Our focus in on whole bean coffee, encouraging customers to use a burr grinder to grind coffee just before before brewing. You can read more here and purchase burr grinders here

Do you offer single serve K-Cup coffee pods?

Not at this time. Our current focus is to provide customers with fresh whole bean coffee that should be ground just prior to brewing. 

Is there a decaffeinated coffee available?

Yes, we have a very nice decaf blend that is called Mellow Magic. It's organic, fair trade, and Swiss Water Process.

Can you grind my coffee before shipping it to me?

Unfortunately, we do not have the capabilities to grind coffee for customers. In addition, we discuss here how it's best to grind your coffee beans just prior to brewing. You can purchase burr coffee grinders here

How much is shipping?

If your order is under $30, then shipping is $4.95 flat rate, which is half of the amount it costs us, so we are splitting the shipping costs. In addition, we offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $30. You can read more details on our Shipping Policies here

What is your return policy?

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not have the capabilities to take phone orders at this time. All orders must be placed through our website.

Can you send me free samples?

At this time, we currently do not offer free samples on our coffee beans. Please check out our whole bean coffee sample pack and try all of our coffees. 

Why are some coffees Out of Stock?

Since we have very small batches of fresh coffee beans roasted every few weeks, we always have limited quantities of each coffee available so that we can sell them fresh. At times, some coffees may be out of stock. One minute we have 10 on the shelf, the next minute they are sold out. We cannot guarantee that each coffee will be available when you are ready to place you order and always have alternative options. We will be happy to keep you updated when the sold out coffee is back in stock through our email newsletter. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
