About us

 Our Roasters

Our roasters only buy the finest, top 2% specialty grade Arabica green coffee from around the world. Before they ever purchase our specialty coffee beans, they have passed the expert analysis and cupping palates of one of the world's best specialty coffee importers. The green coffee they source and purchase is far more expensive than lower grade coffee. Many large national brands, use lower "premium" grade coffee, a term commonly seen (a bit misleading) in the coffee industry. We simply avoid cheap, low grade coffees which contributes to our specialty coffee being some of the best in the world.

Our roasters are members of the Specialty Coffee Association and our Roast Masters are members of the Roaster's Guild (2016 Roaster's Challenge Winning Team!!!) Their roasting facilities are registered FDA, FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act 2017) compliant, with FSPCA (Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance) Certified PCQI personnel on-staff, and they practice gluten-free production. They are also annually audited for our USDA Certified Organic and cRc Kosher Certified compliance. Each of our coffees are "Fair Trade Certified" and "Certified Organic".

Take a look around our website. If you have any questions feel free to contact us by phone or email.

NOTE: Since we have very small batches of fresh coffee beans roasted every few weeks, we always have limited quantities of each coffee available so that we can sell them fresh. At times, some coffees may be out of stock. One minute we have 10 on the shelf, the next minute they are sold out. We cannot guarantee that each coffee will be available when you are ready to place you order and always have alternative options. We will be happy to keep you updated when the sold out coffee is back in stock through our email newsletter. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
